MICHELLE

I began my hairdressing career straight from school in 1998, qualifying in 2001 with NVQ Levels 2 and 3. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise, becoming a certified Racoon International hair extension specialist, including their Hair in Recovery qualification to support those experiencing medical hair loss.

This introduction to medical hair loss sparked my interest in the science behind scalp and hair health, leading me to train with The Trichological Society in pursuit of a Diploma in Trichology. Once qualified, I will be able to offer specialist consultations within the salon, providing expert advice and tailored solutions for clients experiencing hair and scalp concerns.

As a qualified assessor, I am also passionate about education, supporting in-salon training to develop the next generation of skilled stylists.

SCOTT

I’ve been passionate about hairdressing since I left school at 16, training at Boston College, where I completed my City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Hairdressing, as well as Level 3 in Barbering. Though I also qualified in manicures and pedicures, I’ll happily leave that to the beauty experts!

At 20, I moved to Leeds, and by 21, I had opened my first salon. For the past three years, my salon has been recognised as one of the top 5-star-rated salons in Yorkshire, something I’m incredibly proud of.

I specialise in all aspects of hairdressing, from colouring to hair extensions, working with a variety of methods, including wefts, tapes, micro loops and nano extensions.

While I don’t have just one speciality, I believe my true skill lies in making clients feel amazing. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone leave the salon feeling confident and happy with their hair, that’s when you know you’ve done a great job.

I’ve been a stylist for 16 years, and in that time, I’ve had the pleasure of transforming countless heads of hair and making just as many people smile. Hairdressing isn’t just a job for me; it’s where my creativity thrives. I love working with different textures, colours and styles to create looks that suit not just your face but your personality too.

I’ll admit, I’m a little bouncy! My brain works at full speed all the time (thanks to ADHD), which means I’m always bursting with ideas and energy. But don’t let that fool you, I’m incredibly focused when it comes to my craft. I see hair in a way that allows me to personalise every cut, colour and style to perfection. If you like a stylist who’s full of enthusiasm, listens to what you want, and has a keen eye for detail, I’m your girl.

Whether you’re after something classic, bold or completely unique, I’ll make sure you leave the salon feeling amazing. I can’t wait to work with you!

Hello! I’M Lilly, a passionate hairdresser who’s excited to continue growing in this amazing industry. I recently qualified in level 2 and have just embarked on my journey toward level 3.

I’m committed to refining my skill and providing top-quality service to my clients, all while keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.

A fun fact about me is that I’m one of ten siblings, so I know all about teamwork, creativity and juggling lots of different things at once. I look forward to bringing a personal touch to every experience, whether you’re for a quick trim or a complete transformation.

With 30 years in the salon industry, I’ve spent my career welcoming clients, keeping everything organised, and making sure the salon runs like clockwork. From greeting guests to coordinating appointments, I do my best to ensure every visit is smooth and enjoyable.

I enjoy meeting new people and catching up with our regular clients, making everyone feel at ease from the moment they step through the door. Whether it’s answering questions, arranging bookings, or simply having a friendly chat, I’m always happy to help.

I’ve been part of the hair and beauty industry since 2008, originally as a salon owner myself before joining the wonderful team at Frame Hair & Beauty. I understand just how important it is for every client to feel valued, listened to and completely at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

Now, as the salon receptionist, I love being the friendly face that greets you, the voice on the phone helping you book your perfect appointment and the person ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With my background in salon management, I know how busy life can be and I take pride in making sure your experience with us is seamless, from scheduling to the moment you leave feeling your best.
